Rates include full breakfast and daily cleaning service. Linens are changed every third day.
Rates DO include 13% sales tax. A 10% service charge will be added to all restaurant and bar purchases.
50% of reservation is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due at checkout.
The maximum guests in our rooms is 2 per bedroom. Additional guests may be accommodated in the suites with prior arrangements. There are additional charges for additional guests.
Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
Holiday rates apply December 20th through January 5th.
Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the rooms.
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first night of the booking you are entitled to a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the first night of the booking you will be charged for the first night of the booking.
All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: info@elcastillocr.com. A cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation from us.
